VALANTINE SPARKLE REVERSABLE APRON

Red & Brown work so well together it creates such a rich color combination. I used the SEE & SEW APRON PATTER # B5125.

I used just the red print fabric to create the other side of the apron. My daughter's kitchen has all red small appliances in it and her theme is red. She wanted me to make her an apron to match the kitchen and this is what I came up with. I love this pattern as it can be adapted for many apron styles.

REVESIBLE APRON

I took an old McCalls pattern that I had and made some adjustments. I shortened the length and created a round bottom. I then cut the top part of the apron at an angle on the fold. I now have a new pattern I can use from an oldie but goodie. I also created it to be reversable.

CHRISTMAS SKIRT APRON

Kitchen Aprons are coming back in style with some pretty incredible designs and creative styles. I thought I would try my hand at one today for a neighbor and I must say I do like the way it came out. The original pattern I used was found at BHG.com called the "PRETTY PAISLEY APRON". I made a couple changes to the design to fit what I wanted like adding the pockets in the middle and having a straight line waist band.
